By downloading, installing, or using Postory ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Postory is a photo editing application that allows you to transform photos and Live Photos into stylized story cards for social media sharing. Core editing and export happen on your device. Optional services such as AI captions, purchase management, analytics, crash reporting, and app updates require a network connection.

AI captions are generated from derived photo information and optional user style examples. Do not enter sensitive personal information into editable text fields if you do not want it used as a future style example. AI captions may be unavailable, inaccurate, or replaced by local fallback captions.

Postory may offer optional in-app purchases ("Postory Pro") that unlock paid features shown in the app or App Store listing.

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• You may restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature.
• Pricing is displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

You retain all rights to your photos, videos, and any content you create using the App. Postory does not claim ownership of your user content. You are responsible for ensuring that content you create and share complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to create, store, or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

The App, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Postory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when published through an app update or an in-app terms update. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
